okzz Mines Gold — a new way to find gold on the grid
Mines Gold is a game where every round is entirely in your hands. Open tiles on the grid, avoid mines, let the multiplier grow — and cash out at exactly the right moment. At okzz, you can enjoy this game any time, from any device.
How a round works
Mines Gold starts with an empty 5×5 grid — 25 tiles in total. Mines are hidden inside some of them; the rest contain gold nuggets (gems).
Before the round begins, you choose how many mines will be on the grid — anywhere from one to twenty-four. The more mines, the higher the risk, but the multiplier also grows faster with each successful tile.
When you open a tile, if it contains a gold nugget, the multiplier increases and you can open the next tile. If it contains a mine, the round ends and your entire bet is lost. So before opening each tile, you need to decide — keep going, or cash out now.
Example: starting with 3 mines, the first nugget gives a multiplier of about 1.16×, the third nugget about 1.58× — the deeper you go, the faster the multiplier climbs.

The round ends the moment you hit a mine — cash out before that happens
Bet amount, mine count and auto settings
In Mines Gold, the player has quite a few controls — understanding them well makes the experience much more suited to your own style.
- Bet amount: Set your own bet for each round. Start with a smaller bet to get a feel for the grid, then increase the amount once you are comfortable.
- Number of mines: Choose from 1 to 24. Fewer mines means lower risk and a slower multiplier; more mines means a bigger jump per nugget, but a higher chance of hitting a mine.
- Auto Cash Out: An option to cash out automatically when a set multiplier is reached. For example — exit on its own at 2×, without being tempted to push further.
- Auto Play: Rounds can be run one after another automatically with the same settings. If you enable Auto Play, always set a stop limit (loss limit or profit limit) — otherwise your balance can run out quickly.
- Playing on mobile: Mines Gold can be played with a tap on the okzz App — the grid tiles are very easy to use on a touchscreen.
Short rounds are exactly why a stop limit matters
One key feature of Mines Gold is that each round ends in just a few seconds to a minute. That speed is what makes it appealing — and it is also the main challenge.
Why are rounds so short?
A round does not take long to finish — either it ends in seconds when you hit a mine, or you cash out yourself. This means many rounds can happen in an hour, and it becomes easy to think "just one more round." Stopping at "just one more" is the hardest part.
Set a stop limit
Before you play, decide the maximum amount you are willing to lose and the profit level at which you will stop. These limits can be set in the Auto Play settings. Or make your own rule — for example, stop for the day once 30% of your daily budget is gone.
Avoid loss chasing
Trying to recover losses by placing bigger bets after a few losing rounds is called loss chasing. In Mines Gold this can drain your balance very quickly, because rounds are fast and so is the rate of losing.
Take breaks
After playing for a long stretch, decision-making gets worse. Generally, a 5-minute break after every 20–30 minutes of play helps. Following the responsible gaming guidelines keeps the game enjoyable over the long term.
Remember: Mines Gold is for entertainment — not a reliable source of income. Play within your budget and treat each round independently.
How outcomes are determined
In Mines Gold, the position of mines in each round is set by a random number generator (RNG) at the moment the round starts. When you click a tile, the system already knows what is there — but you do not.
Good platforms typically use a Provably Fair system. This allows a seed hash to be verified after the round ends, proving that the server did not fix or change the result before or after the fact.
Important: the result of a previous round has no effect on the next round. Even if you have not hit a mine in five rounds, the probability of hitting one in the next round stays the same — there is no such thing as a "hot or cold streak."
Risk per tile: If there are 5 mines in 25 tiles, the probability of any unknown tile containing a mine is roughly 5/25, or 20%. The more safe tiles you open, the higher the concentration of mines among the remaining tiles.
Prediction apps and signal traps
As Mines Gold has grown in popularity, promotions for various "signal" or "hack" apps have increased. Stay aware of these.
Prediction apps do not work
In an RNG-driven game, there is no way to know the position of mines in advance. No third-party app can give genuine predictions — they offer random suggestions, and any match is purely coincidental.
"Hack" or "cheat" claims
Videos titled something like "Mines Hack 2024" regularly appear on YouTube or Telegram. These are typically traps for spreading malware or stealing personal information. Downloading links or files of this kind is dangerous.
Never share your password
If anyone tells you "log into your account and we will give you a bonus or special benefit" — that is a scam. No okzz representative will ever ask for your password or OTP. Log in yourself directly from the okzz Login page.
The misconception of tracking statistics
Trying to find "safe" tiles by tracking which tiles were not opened in the previous 10 rounds does not work. Each round is independent — past data has no effect on the outcome of a new round.
What is a legitimate strategy?
The only legitimate strategy is choosing the number of mines and cash out point carefully. Fewer mines, more tiles opened, and cashing out at a lower multiplier regularly — or more mines, fewer tiles opened, and cashing out at a higher multiplier — these are two different risk profiles.
When in doubt, ask directly

Mines Gold vs slot games
Mines Gold and slots are both popular instant games, but the experience is quite different. For those used to playing okzz Slots, it is worth knowing the differences.
