okzz Terms and Conditions
This page sets out all the terms for using the okzz platform in detail. Please read these terms carefully before opening an account.
Important Notice: By registering an account on the okzz platform or using its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.
General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okzz platform and all services associated with it. okzz is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.
These Terms may change from time to time. A notice will be published on the okzz platform for any changes. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised Terms. For more information about us, visit the About okzz page.
This platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. By using okzz's services you confirm that you are participating knowingly, voluntarily and at your own risk.
Account Registration
Eligibility Requirements
The following conditions must be met to open an account on the okzz platform:
- The applicant must be at least 21 years old.
- The person is registering voluntarily and knowingly.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
- One person may operate only one account on okzz.
- An account may not be opened in someone else's name or on behalf of another person.
Registration Process
At the time of registration you must provide a valid mobile number and username. okzz may request identity verification documents at any time to verify an account. okzz reserves the right to suspend or close an account if the required information is not provided.
Keep your account login details confidential at all times. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If unauthorised access occurs, contact okzz support immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on the okzz platform is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
After a deposit is completed successfully, it may take some time for the funds to appear in the account. If a technical issue arises with a deposit, support can be reached via live chat.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
okzz reserves the right to verify identity before processing any withdrawal request. If fraud or irregularity is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily put on hold and the account may be placed under review.
Transaction Policy: The same mobile banking account must be used for both deposits and withdrawals. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000 is available on the first deposit at okzz. A wagering requirement applies to the bonus — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your balance will be ৳2,000. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.
General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per account.
- The bonus amount is limited to the rate set by the bonus issuer.
- The specific time limit for using a bonus is determined by okzz.
- Withdrawing a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement is not possible.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
VIP Program
The okzz VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.
okzz reserves the right to change all VIP tier benefits and terms. VIP benefits may be cancelled if any irregularity is found.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okzz platform:
- Attempting any form of fraud, deception or system manipulation.
- Creating multiple accounts or operating a third party's account.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
- Placing artificial bets with the intent of bypassing bonus or promotion terms.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
- Participating in collusion or organised cheating with other users.
- Using the platform for illegal money laundering.
If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content used on the okzz platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other elements — is owned by okzz or its licensors.
Users may view platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, republishing, selling or distributing any content without written permission from okzz is strictly prohibited.
Privacy and Data Protection
okzz takes the protection of users' personal information very seriously. Full details of how your information is collected, stored and used can be found in our Privacy Policy.
All information submitted on the platform is kept secure through SSL encryption. okzz never sells or transfers a user's personal information to third parties without permission.
Identity documents submitted for account verification are stored on secure servers and used solely for verification purposes.
Responsible Gaming
okzz believes that gaming is entertainment — it is not a source of income. We advise all users to play in a measured and responsible way. Stay within your budget and do not place larger bets in an attempt to recover money you have lost.

Limitation of Liability
okzz always strives to provide a reliable service. However, okzz will not be liable in the following cases:
- Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or a fault with the user's device.
- Issues arising from errors in a third-party game provider's software.
- Transactions completed during an unexpected technical outage.
- Account security being compromised due to the user's own negligence.

Account Closure and Suspension
Closure at the User's Request
Any user may request to close their okzz account at any time. The remaining balance in the account will be available for withdrawal; however, any bonus funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited.
Suspension by okzz
okzz may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- A provision of these Terms is violated.
- Information provided is found to be false or misleading.
- Evidence of fraud is found on the account.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
For any dispute relating to use of the okzz platform, the first step is to contact our support team directly. The support team will aim to resolve any complaint fairly and promptly.
If the matter cannot be resolved through the support team, the dispute may be settled through mediation by mutual agreement. The applicable law and jurisdiction for any matter relating to okzz's services will be determined accordingly.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be considered separately and the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
